Fujitsu consolide pour la troisième année consécutive sa position de leader en tant que prestataire de services technologiques en Espagne.

Fujitsu Spain has reaffirmed its position as a leader in Overall Satisfaction, Cloud and Infrastructure Services, and Workplace Services, according to a study conducted by Whitelane Research and Eraneos with the participation of more than 285 companies.

For the third consecutive year, Fujitsu Spain consolidates its position as the preferred provider for companies seeking information technology service solutions for the development and evolution of their businesses. This achievement comes from the latest edition of the most notable study on technology service providers in Spain, conducted by Whitelane Research, an independent organization dedicated to IT service research in Europe, in collaboration with the consultant Eraneos.

The study covered approximately 85% of the Spanish market and involved the participation of Chief Technology Officers from leading companies investing in information technologies. These CTOs evaluated their satisfaction levels with IT service providers in various sectors, including telecommunications, transportation and logistics, energy and utilities, manufacturing, financial services, and the public sector.

Levels of satisfaction of the Japanese multinational

According to the study by Whitelane Research and Eraneos, Fujitsu Spain is the company with the greatest recognition in Overall Satisfaction. With 84%, Fujitsu is positioned as the leading company and maintains its leadership position since 2021.

The level of overall satisfaction obtained in the category of cloud services and infrastructure stands out, where the company is at the top of the ranking, being also classified as an « Exceptional Performer, » indicating a much higher company positioning than the market average. Likewise, in the Workplace Services category, Fujitsu once again ranks in first place with 83%.

It is important to note that Fujitsu achieves this top ranking with 95% of satisfied or very satisfied customers and none dissatisfied. Thus, the Japanese multinational once again demonstrates its strength in the Spanish market for the third consecutive year.

Key performance indicators

The performance keys or KPIs have been evaluated based on strategic indicators, such as service delivery, relationship, commercial dimension, and transformation. Regarding service quality, Fujitsu is recognized as number one in « Transformative Innovation, » indicating that the company has the ability to drive transformational change through the use of innovative technologies. Furthermore, compared to previous studies, Fujitsu has increased its position in all quality indicators.
